From the first visit to an active system, with deadlines we keep
A residential photovoltaic system is not just about mounting the panels — it means permits, grid connection and a correctly filed prosumer application. We take on the entire process, with a single point of contact and with timelines communicated transparently at each stage. Below you will find exactly what we do, in what order and how long it takes.
The 6 stages of a residential project
The durations below are realistic for a standard residential project. The only stage we do not fully control is the approval — it also depends on the grid operator — and we say so from the start.
1. Free consultation — day 1–3
An on-site technical visit, an assessment of the roof (orientation, tilt, structure, shading) and an analysis of your energy bill to understand your real consumption profile. No cost and no obligation.
2. Proposal and contract — day 5–7
You receive an offer with a detailed cost breakdown, the datasheets of the proposed equipment and the associated warranties (panels 25 years, inverter 10 years, installation 2 years). We sign only after you clearly understand what the project includes.
3. Permits and ATR — week 2–6
We file the documentation for the technical connection approval (ATR) and manage the relationship with the grid operator. We keep you updated weekly on the status of the file; the duration depends on the grid operator in your area.
4. Installation — 1–3 days from the Siting Approval
Our ANRE-authorised team installs the mounting structure, the panels, the inverter and the electrical installation, in line with safety standards. The installation itself usually takes between one and three days.
5. Prosumer file — 1–4 weeks
We finalise the prosumer file and coordinate the installation of the bidirectional meter by the grid operator, so that the energy fed into the grid is correctly recorded and offset.
6. Activation and handover
We commission the system, set up the monitoring app, train you on how to use it and hand over the complete documentation. From here you start producing and saving.
The complete prosumer file (ATR — technical connection approval, connection certificate, processing with the grid operator) is included.
Performance guarantee: if the system produces more than 10% below the estimate in the first year, we correct it at our own expense.
Response to a failure within a maximum of 48h, documented in the contract; response to requests within a maximum of 4h on working days.
What we do NOT do
We do not promise unrealistic timelines for approval and ATR. The permitting stage depends on the grid operator, and guaranteeing you a fixed date we do not control would be an empty promise. We give you an honest interval and keep you informed at every step.
We do not use parallel stock or grey imports. The equipment comes exclusively from authorised distributors, with real warranty and traceability — the only way the 25- and 10-year warranties actually work.
We do not pressure you into signing. We do not work with “valid today only” discounts and we do not force the decision. You get all the information you need and decide at your own pace.
- An honest timeframe for approval, not a fictitious date
- Equipment only from authorised distributors, with a valid warranty
- A clear offer, with no pressure tactics at signing
